Our apartments offer spacious floor plans with either 2 or 3 bedrooms, all with 2 full bathrooms. An open floor plan allows views of the gas fireplace from the living room, dining room, and kitchen, all large enough to provide room for a family but with the quaint, cozy feel you would want in a cabin. The necessities of living are a pleasure, with the spacious kitchen, which is appointed with generous cabinet space and all modern appliances, hook-ups for your washer and dryer, and liberal closets throughout. Large windows provide for your enjoyment whatever the season. The seasonal variations were at the top of our design priorities in creating a state-of-the-art heating system embedded in the floor that ensures that you are always warm on those cold winter nights.

Storage Garages

We have large storage garages available for rent, in addition to each unit's attached two-car garages. Most measure 13 feet by 26 feet, deep enough to accommodate most boat trailers. Each garage is lighted and equipped with electrical outlets for your convenience.

Many times, we have a bias toward owning things. This is especially true in real estate, where, until recently, recreational real estate has seen tremendous appreciation. Many times, a condominium purchase has seemed to be the only affordable option.

Our apartment homes are very affordable and can be of much better value than your own home or condominium. In addition, there is no risk of a downturn in the real estate market that can cause a real loss in value when it is time for you to sell.

Renting offers a monthly advantage in cash outlay of $326.24, or $3,918.88 annually. The difference is narrowed somewhat by the possible deductibility of interest and property taxes. Depending upon individual circumstances, a 25% tax rate would offer the maximum tax savings of $156.24 per month in the first year of ownership. As the interest portion of the mortgage payment declines each year, the tax savings will be less.
